A gathering of Ace's showcasing all the possible products. I underestimated how many different companies and products are available at Ace Hardware Stores across the whole nation and beyond. This event brings together Ace store owners from all over the world to showcase the products they could purchase.
We activated a t2 build with a full retail kit, a backroom for meetings/product sneak peaks and manned the booth for the weekend of handshakes. The sales folk's were on site meeting with existing vendors and securing new stores at the same time.
Overall the event went well. Rolling out the T2 build really put the other Drinkware/cooler brands to shame around us. We took a solid location on the end cap and virtually blocked out the rest of the Drinkware suppliers including oowala, Stanley and hydro flask. I think we had the best booth set up behind Milwaukee tools.
The first day was extremely busy and the swift crew was on site assisting with product questions and connecting the right people. Saturday was significantly slower but Sunday was by far the slowest of the three day convention. Sunday gave us the chance to meet a lot of other folks from other companies. Load in went fine and load out was slow but smooth.
