The STAMPEDE! This event is a stampede, as in a stampede of people. From dawn till midnight the venue is packed with people. This is easily the busiest event we take part in. We activated the YETI CA custom trailer and were offering free custom engraving on site with the purchase of any of the Drinkware. We had a plethora of assorted Drinkware and the newer colors were a huge hit. People from all over the world travel to this event and a good majority of Brits were excited to get their hands on custom yetis for their friends back home.
Working with the Canadian team is easy and they are truly appreciative of us being their facilitating the laser engraving. This year everything went extremely smooth on the laser side with no major hiccups.
We ran a triple shift on each day so there was a morning, afternoon and night shift. This set up works well. The Calgary Yeti store retail team were on site facilitating the sales and restocks.
Our booth was located in a slightly different location compared to previous years so it felt like our foot traffic was not as great.
The house was in a great location and was fantastic for getting in and out of the venue. Scooters are the easiest form of transportation.
