The event is a well seasoned operation. Bags and Trent (organizer/director of the AM) work very well together and made a seamless entry for the 767 Team to get into play.
Our direct mission was to deliver food service for 170 riders, 50 industry folks, 50 team coaches/staff…we prepped for 300 each day. Our total service number was slightly over 300 for both Saturday and Sunday. Food Product came out delicious and ahead of expected delivery time. Supporting members for service (Colin, Ebon, and Amy) made my life easy and the overall service time highly efficient. Ryan and I set us up to have all product ready ahead of schedule and the Team executed at the highest level. Everyone was stoked to get the kind touch of a tasty meal! Breakdown and loadout also went very smooth.
Points for refinement-
- small mechanical adjustments to the hydration stations. Better internal line connections and more sturdy hose connections. The use of pressure regulator at hose connection site will be smart safeguard for future deployments.
- method for preventing folks from coming though the food service line more than once. Maybe a food ticket for each individual would help offset potential issues.
Another fantastic event with massive gratitude for our efforts by the crowd and coordinators.
