Call Tim Felton 1hr prior to arrival (970-214-4166). Take directions to "The Lodge at Vail", but then access Mountain Plaza via the Tunnel (height is 13.6'). Wait for Tim, Dave or Peggy before driving on the grass.
Preferred Load-in Date is Tuesday (told Tim it would be late - he was okay with that) but could do Wednesday before 8:30am as plan B.
ExFill is either Sunday at 7pm or Monday morning. We will be the last one out of the space.
