One central location for the bar - will confirm with Carter Andrews on location for the bar. The bar will need to be operational for the cocktail hour. The bar will also be full service during the dinner. Dinner will be 200 seats will need to flex two 250. We have been asked to also serve lunch, thinking we'd produce light lunch options with braughts + chips, water. Both cook ops will Saturday. Total meals to be produced 450. Access to venue Thursday for staging. Exfil sunday.
