The event days are really well received. The guest all get a yeti piece of drinkware and yeti Crossroads backpack.
Using the YETI drink tokens we did a 1:1 exchange for a Rambler 18, two SKUs.
We have livery from both VCARB and ORBR Red Bull teams. About 15 designs pushed in total to the laser.
Entry and credentials can be a huge issue.

The Red Bull Energy Lounge is tight space, so we only get two parts of the laser desk. Be sure to find out your layout and pack the correct desk.
DHL and Live Wire(Red Bull) will facilitate the freight process. Just find your DHL handler if you can.
These events are incredibly good relationship builders, with the Red Bull Racing team as a whole and the guests leave with a new, custom gift they made during the race weekend.
No doubt we should continue to do this event if possible.
