Another amazing year at the Ouray Ice Festival. YETI provides the largest fundraising portion at the event and raised almost $6,000 thru the sale of custom ramblers. The event organizers, other vendors and climbers were beyond appreciative for what YETI brings to the table.
The breakfast burritos provided to guides and clinic instructors are a huge hit. They are without a doubt the celebrities at Ice Fest and always take the time to thank us and say how overwhelmed they are that YETI thinks of them and makes their day more enjoyable. This element of the activation truly connects with the experts.
This year we didn't offer coffee at our booth as the Ice Park had new coffee partner. However, we did work with the coffee partner and provide drink tickets to those who purchased ramblers (ie- donated to the ice park). But we did have hot water for tea & hot cider. This is a huge hit to the attendees, guides & vendors and provides a constant stream of folks stopping by the booth. This gives us another chance to connect with people and have conversations.
Jessi (and Paige) have truly immersed YETI into the Ice climbing community and allow us to connect with people who share their passions. The multiple activations give us additional touch-points with everyone attending. They are an inspiration and should celebrate what they have created with YETI at Ice Fest. This is such a cold fun and engaging event!
The "No one succeeds alone" award goes to Smokey and Katie for their incredible energy, hard work and positive attitude. They did such an amazing job and just a pleasure to be around.
