Looking to pull a double food job on the 14th and the 16th. Dinner on the 14th and lunch on the 16th. The food will be for the VIP, food accommodations need to be for 300 (both full plate ops) individuals. Hydration stations will located in GA. There is a kitchen located at the venue and we are figuring out the level of access for SwiftCurrent in terms of owning the kitchen. Complete autonomy on the menu design. Bags is looking into the venue for permitting (should we need it).
