Phase 1 - Snow
Such an unbelievable event! Setup at the Base of Mt Washington was easy and close the action. Flow of every contestant went right in form of us getting on and off the hill. Releasing 250 breakfast burritos as contestants registered while handing them a Rambler was clutch…crowd satisfaction was high! Calculations on food volume was spot on…handed out 249 burritos…250 were expected!
Phase 2
Closing Ceremonies -
Again, EZUp and 767 placement count not be more in the middle of the action! We fed north of 300 ppl. Had only 3 ribs left over and about 10 servings of potato’s. Nailed it! Service was efficient and branding placement was everywhere…the podiums were Tundras! The crowd of 300+ chanted Yeti for at least 10 reps…we own the island!
Marie and the Redd charity are amazing to work with and made for easy deployment and field adjustments as needed. Communication was professional and timely.
can’t wait to do it again!
