WSF Sheep Show

Wild Sheep Foundation's annual Sheep Show is a heritage event for YETI within the hunting community. Held at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center January 22-24, this consumer event showcases gear, hunts, and education surrounding the conservation and hunting of wild sheep. Sheep hunters are a league of their own, paying upwards of $1 million to hunt an animal that defies gravity and convention in its chosen environment. The hunters that pursue them rely heavily on gear that is built and designed for the nearly insurmountable task. YETI's presence at this show cements its dedication to the hunting community and reminds folks that YETI makes the best gear for the task, no matter the elevation or conditions.
On a 20'x40' footprint we will deploy a T2 20'x20' to display a curated product assortment that emphasizes new products, cargo, pangas, and food storage. This product assortment is catered to sheep hunters. A 20'x20' lounge area packed with Trailhead chairs will allow attendees to take a break from perusing the show and experience the most comfortable chair they've ever sat in.

With some changes at the center this year, we will have to follow the MiMo Marshalling Plan. Exhibitors utilizing the POV system (private vehicles not carriers) will enter from Peckham Lane at Gate 2. From there they will stage into Lot B, B1,& A. Traffic will go south across the front of the center through lot F into Hall 5. Do not enter through any other gate.

Everything went very smooth overall. Foot traffic seemed slower compared to the last 3 years which I think may be related to our location. If we could get a more centralized booth for next year I think we would see an influx of interactions.
I thought overall all it was a successful event, our location was not ideal, as we were settled in the rear corner so our foot traffic was less than normal. Deployment and breakdown of the booth both went very smooth due relations made with volunteers over the last 4 years. The crew worked great together.
